A panel discussion entitled Drawing For Juan will be held at the Lopez Museum and Library, Ortigas City on July 23, 2016 by 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Present on the event will be Manix Abrera (Kikomachine Komix) and Gilbert Daroy (contributing cartoonist for Philippine Daily Inquirer and Esquire PH). They will be talking about their individual projects and the current state of illustrative practices that find translation through a wider reaching platforms such as newspapers, magazines, comics and graphic novels.
Pre-registration is required (http://bit.ly/drawingforjuan). Registration is worth Php. 200. A discounted price of Php. 100 is offered for students, seniors and Lopez Museum and Library members. Payments may be settled on the day of the event.
