A pre-valentine's day treat will happen on Laguna next month for the Los Baños Comic Convention is back once again to satisfy our hunger for more.
Now on its 3rd year, the ELBIKON hosted by The Graphic Literature Guild will be held on February 13, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Baker Hall, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). The entrance ticket is worth Php. 30.
